Description: BGVID contains Ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. Each tablet contains 200 mg of the active ingredient Ofloxacin. It is effective against infections caused by a broad spectrum of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

• Indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections including acute pyelonephritis, complicated urinary tract infections, non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis, and gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis.
• Dosage range for adults is 200 mg to 800 mg daily, with up to 400 mg given as a single dose.

• Concomitant use of antacids, iron, or zinc supplements should be avoided as they can decrease the absorption of ofloxacin.
