Side Effects:
• Hypoglycemia, auditory and visual disturbances, cardiac disorders (especially in case of overdose), hypersensitivity reactions.

• It should be diluted in 5% glucose for slow infusion.
• Avoid simultaneous administration with mefloquine (risk of seizures, cardiac toxicity).
